Nike sues Adidas for plagiarism Ban it from selling sports running shoes in the U.S.

Speaking of today’s well-known world sportswear brands, everyone must first think of Adidas from Germany and Nike from the United States. These two brands can be regarded as the “leading enterprises” of the current sportswear brands, and each has a very deep background. Moreover, these two brands are also perennial competitors.

On December 13, CNMO learned that Nike officially put forward a request for the Adidas brand in the United States. In detail, Nike is going to the US International Trade Commission to ban related businesses from importing Adidas sports shoes. This also includes the Stella McCartney and Pharrel Williams co-branded series that Adidas sold recently.

In this regard, Nike said that Adidas’s Stella McCartney and Pharrel Williams co-branded series is very similar to its own Flyknit flying line design technology.

Adidas has a large number of sneaker products using PrimeKnit technology, which infringes Nike’s related patents. This is actually not the first time that the two companies “confronted”. Last year, Adidas also sued Nike, believing that Nike had copied Adidas Primeknit. Technology, but the court rejected the claim.
