iOS and Android could launch up to 31 new emojis next year

Next year, up to 31 new emoji may be introduced for iOS and Android, including a fuzzy face, a pushing hand and a pink heart.
The Unicode Consortium is currently considering adding a range of new emoji to Emoji 15. Potential new emoji also include a light blue heart, gray heart, donkey, moose, blackbird, jellyfish, hairpin, sandball, flute, folded hand fan, pea pod, hyacinth, ginger, goose, wings and kanda djinn.
The final designs will vary depending on the choices made by major companies such as Apple and Google, but Emojipedia has created sample illustrations for the candidate emoji.
Each emoji is subject to change before final approval, as the new additions are still in draft form. the Unicode Consortium will finalize the list of new emoji in September, and after confirmation, Apple will need to release new versions of watchOS, iOS, iPadOS and macOS to support the new emoji.
